Online Technician
Online Technician is a group designed to serve as a learning environment for computer technicians and aims for the following:
1. Provide assistance to Starter Technicians in computer hardware, software and network troubleshooting particularly of those running in Windows operating systems.
2. Provide assistance to those who want to learn basic and advanced troubleshooting skills in the computer field even without taking a specific course for such.
3. Provide an interactive learning system especially for beginners through question and answer approach.
4. Simulates the members' mindset to real life situations and problems experienced and presented by other members to help improve analytic skills and apply it to problem solving process.
